1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below. Where the context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of vip787 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied on a continuous basis for as long as a Member uses the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. vip787 strictly prohibits registration or participation by any individual under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Residency & Jurisdiction: The Platform is primarily designed for users residing in Indonesia. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using vip787 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. vip787 does not accept registrations from persons located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you. Minors, persons under guardianship, or individuals otherwise lacking legal capacity are ineligible.
• Single Account: Each individual may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Own Behalf: You must register and wager exclusively on your own behalf. Registering or wagering on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to use your Account, is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access vip787's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. Required information includes a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address, your date of birth, and a mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. vip787 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending withdrawals, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. vip787 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your sole responsibility until you notify vip787's support team of unauthorized access. 3.4 Account Currency

All vip787 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals processed through supported Indonesian payment channels. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are published on the Platform's deposit guide and may be updated periodically.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vip787 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with responsible platform management standards. The following verification requirements apply:

4.3 Verification Timelines

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to the Member's Wallet within five minutes of successful bank confirmation. vip787 charges zero deposit fees and applies no currency conversion charges on IDR transactions. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit initiation. vip787 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

vip787 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of request approval during standard WIB (UTC+7) operating hours. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment account held in the Member's own name and matching the payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. vip787 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of any amount.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Any active Bonus balance must meet the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be initiated.
• Withdrawals will be declined if the Account is under review, suspended, or subject to a fraud investigation.
• vip787 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation into a Member's account activity.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are published on the Platform and may be revised at any time with reasonable notice to Members.

5.5 Suspicious Transactions

vip787 monitors all financial transactions for indicators of money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes. Any transaction identified as suspicious may be frozen pending investigation, reported to relevant authorities, and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds where permitted by applicable law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused or un-wagered bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per Member, household, IP address, device, or bank account, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting promotion mechanics, or coordinated play — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• vip787 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned upon discovery; vip787 reserves the right to deduct erroneously credited bonus amounts from a Member's Wallet.

6.4 VIP & Loyalty Program

vip787 operates a tiered VIP loyalty program offering cashback, dedicated account management, higher withdrawal limits, and exclusive promotions. VIP tier eligibility, benefits, and maintenance criteria are determined at vip787's sole discretion and communicated to qualifying Members directly. vip787 reserves the right to revise or discontinue the VIP program at any time.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sportsbook

All sports bets placed on vip787's Sportsbook — covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, Timnas Indonesia fixtures, and all other listed events — are subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market. Markets include but are not limited to Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, mix parlay (accumulator betting on multiple matches), and voor bola (handicap head-start betting). Results are determined based on official scores at the conclusion of regular time unless otherwise stated in the market rules.

7.2 Casino & Live Casino

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip787 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Engaging in match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or any form of fraud intended to manipulate game or sporting event outcomes.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimize proceeds of criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening vip787 staff or other Members through any communication channel.
• Collusion between Members in table games, poker, or any other format where player-versus-player interaction affects outcomes.
• Chargeback fraud — initiating a payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits that were legitimately credited to your Wallet.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vip787 Platform — including but not limited to the vip787 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, and game assets — is the exclusive property of vip787 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the Platform without express written consent from vip787.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on a third-party website or application.

Any unauthorized use of vip787's intellectual property may result in legal action. vip787 actively enforces its intellectual property rights.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

vip787 endeavors to maintain continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, third-party outages, and Force Majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. vip787 is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from Platform unavailability.

10.2 Wagering Losses

Gambling involves risk. By placing wagers on vip787, you accept that you may lose the entire amount wagered. vip787 is not liable for any gambling losses sustained by Members in the ordinary course of using the Platform. Past results do not predict future outcomes. No guarantee of winnings is made, expressed, or implied.

10.3 Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip787 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if vip787 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Third-Party Services

vip787's Platform integrates third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. vip787 is not liable for the acts, omissions, errors, or outages of any third-party service. Any dispute with a third-party provider should be directed to that provider directly.

11 Privacy & Data

vip787 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Key data practices include:

• All personal data and financial information is transmitted over 256-bit SSL/TLS encrypted connections.
• Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are never accessible in plain text, even to vip787 staff.
• KYC documents are stored in encrypted form and retained only for the period required by applicable compliance obligations.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by vip787

vip787 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may cause harm to the Platform, other Members, or third parties. During suspension, all pending withdrawals may be placed on hold pending the outcome of an investigation.

13.2 Termination by vip787

Following investigation, vip787 may permanently close an Account if it determines that a material breach of this Agreement has occurred. Upon confirmed breach, vip787 may, at its sole discretion, forfeit all Wallet balances — including bonus and real-money funds — and report the matter to relevant authorities. Members whose accounts are closed for breach will be permanently excluded from re-registering on the Platform.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by Member

Members may close their Account at any time by contacting vip787 support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money Wallet balance (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment account. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

14 Amendments

vip787 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via the email address on file and/or by a notice displayed prominently on the Platform's homepage for a period of not less than seven calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amended term, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the amended Agreement takes effect.

15 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming law as applied by vip787's licensing jurisdiction.

vip787 is Licensed and Regulated Internationally as a Trusted and Secure Platform. Indonesian Members acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions under Indonesian law and accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful in their individual jurisdiction.

Any dispute between a Member and vip787 that cannot be resolved through our standard support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
